Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser

High level over view … Tickets are $40/person and must be purchased before the event either via the QR code, check or cash at a Base Meeting. There are only 150 seats available. Raffle tickets are $1 ea or 6/$5. Winners need not be present to win, put phone number on ticket.
Base Members paying to attend event, Dinner starts at 5 PM, show up 30 or so minutes ahead to check in and scope out seating. Base Members may dress casual or dressy. Feel free to wear you ball cap and or vest. If you are wearing gear identifying you as a Veteran then please disperse among the other guests and not at one table in the corner.
Base Members assisting with the event are asked to arrive at 4:00. It’s a 4 hr event, we may have an ‘early’ crew and a closing crew. Base Members are needed to check people in, sell prize tickets, answer questions, assist with raffle and light cleanup the day of the event. Before the event the event committee is asking for assistance obtaining raffle prize donations and of course selling tickets. Follow up with Penny for details and organizing.
